Tips for setting up your work station

Take Posture Breaks

Bring arms to side and push chest forward. Drop head back hold for 30 seconds.

Chair Support

Make sure you can adjust all parts, make sure to support back in neutral position. knees should be at hip level.

Desk

Avoid excessive reaching. Use  a headset, document holder at eye level. Avoid excessive twisting, ensure proper lighting.

Sit on a posture cushion or Exercise Ball

Arms

Arms should be parellel to your spine and your forearms and hands resting on desk. Elbows at 90 degree angle.

Eye Level Placement

Keep eyes level and avoid looking down for a prolonged period of time.
